Composition of mixtures, thermal processing of raw materials and packaging are also carried out under the close supervision of specialists. It is important to note that the packaging is carried out according to the pressurization technology, which retains all the qualities of the final product for up to 3 years.

Paulig

history of the company

Another large coffee company that arose thanks to the initiative and entrepreneurship of one person. It began its history, like the previous ones in the 19th century (1876), but not in Italy, but in Finland. It was there that her ancestor Gustav Paulig opened his at that time still quite small business, which consisted in the sale of imported colonial goods in Northern Europe. At the beginning of the 20th century, the family business began supplying green coffee berries to its region, which the entrepreneur's family roasted at home and then resold to residents. Gradually, roasted coffee began to sell much faster and in large volumes, which prompted Gustav to create the first coffee roasting plant in Northern Europe. Over time, the company grew, it even had its own brands.

It is noteworthy that Paulig was the first in Europe to indicate the date of manufacture of the product on the packaging, so that the consumer could track its freshness.

Since then, Paulig has been continuously developing and expanding the boundaries of its production: new production methods, new products are being developed, factories are being built not only in Finland, but also in other countries, including Russia.
